SDI is a sequentially dependent architecture. Each layer produces the preconditions required by the next. They cannot be deployed independently.
Layer 1: Physical Stabilization
Converts surplus commercial real estate into biologically secure stabilization environments via master lease arrangements.
Layer 2: Social Architecture
Provides social architecture for identity restoration through Dunbar-scale cohorts and trained Pod Stewards.
Layer 3: Economic Reintegration
Establishes cooperative micro-economies to bridge the Return Deficit and enable sustained market-rate tenancy.
Cryptographic, real-time sensor verification of physical unit activation. Eliminates the "Ghost Asset Problem" by requiring continuous verification of unit operational status.
The quantified economic penalty imposed by the external labor market upon transitioning residents. The cooperative micro-economy must bridge this deficit for success.
